1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the HolaBakes application ("App") and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. AI Generation Generation & Accuracy

HolaBakes utilizes advanced artificial intelligence to render 3D cake blueprints based on user prompts. While our local baker network strives for a perfect 1:1 match, slight variations in color, structural implementation, and textural details may naturally occur due to the artisanal constraints of physical baking.

3. Ordering and Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance by our verified baker network. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement to qualify for a full refund. As our products are custom-made perishables, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once baking has commenced.

4. Liability Limitation

HolaBakes acts as a technological intermediary connecting users with independent bakers. We guarantee the financial transaction and baseline quality standards, but specific dietary allergies must be strictly communicated through the app. HolaBakes is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undeclared allergies.
